Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Under the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) safeguard rules, ATX’s software security will be bolstered by requiring two or more verification factors to gain access. A video and help topic are available to help users with how this authentication operates, and how it will help protect confidential information.
Peek Icon on Login Screen
The peek icon in the Login Screen allows ATX software users to click the toggle icon to view the typed password. This makes it easier to view passwords upon entering, which lessens potential frustrations and user error with mistyped passwords.
Tax Return-In-Progress Indicator
The Tax Return-In-Progress Indicator in the Return Manager of ATX provides a visual peek and indication into pending additional information inside a tax return. This reduces the chances for missing required information inside a tax return, which increases overall efficiencies and enhances the workflow, and so creates further time savings especially for users with high volume tax returns.
eSignature Indicator
The eSignature Indicator shows and confirms if an eSignature has been sent in the Return Manager, providing users, and their clients, with insight and confirmation – which avoids duplicate billing.
64-Bit
ATX now fully supports a 64-bit architecture, allowing for greater memory utilization and improved performance when working with large datasets.
